Myles has over 20 years of experience in the development sector, leading community-driven programs, cross-sector partnerships, and resilient, people-centred initiatives across the Philippines and beyond.

She has led programs at Jollibee Group Foundation and managed country operations for the Australian Volunteers Program. Earlier in her career, she served as a Trainer with the Peace Corps Philippines and an Education Management Volunteer for two years with VSO Mongolia. Known for her grounded, strategic leadership, Myles combines vision with practical execution. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle–College of St. Benilde.
