Michael Tetteh Quaye is the Technology Director of BRAC International Holdings B.V. Mike has over 25 years of work experience spanning the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Asia and Africa within the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Inclusion sectors. His well-rounded experience in the ICT sector includes executing large and complex technology projects that include business process re-engineering for automation, disaster recovery planning, assessment and deployment of ICT infrastructure, payment systems and banking applications, digital transformation of financial organizations and providing technology advisory services to C-level management and Boards. Before joining BRAC, Mike was an independent ICT Consultant for a number of organisations including Advision Finance B.V./BRAC International, BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd, IFC/World Bank Group etc. Before this, he worked as Regional Director with full responsibility for Software Group’s sub-Saharan Africa operations. He has also worked at ACCION International,  Opportunity International Network, Ghana Interbank Payment & Settlement Systems Ltd (GhIPSS), Opportunity International Savings & Loans Ltd (Ghana), K-Net Ltd (Ghana), State Street Bank & Trust (London), Worldspan Services Limited (London), and Amoco Corporation in different capacities. Mike has completed the Cranfield IT Leadership Course from Cranfield School of Management, UK, an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Business School, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, UK and HND in Computer Studies from Middlesex University, UK.
