Kefa Mogere is responsible for the global finance and operations function, providing leadership and oversight in HR, IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Grants Management for the Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative. His interest is in ensuring operational excellence in finance and operations as a foundational piece in support of program delivery.

Before joining BRAC, Kefa served in various positions in international organisations in finance and operations in Sub-Saharan Africa and other international assignments. Most recently, he served with CARE International, Plan International, International Potato Centre, and World Vision International.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Africa Nazarene University, a Bachelor’s degree from USIU-Africa, and is a Certified Public Accountant (K) with certifications in Grants Management and IT.
