Justina Alders-Sheya is an international finance, audit and investment executive with more than 25 years of experience across banking, sustainable finance, investment management, corporate finance and professional services. She currently serves as Group Director Internal Audit at Triodos Bank Group, where she leads the audit function across multiple geographies and advises the Executive and Supervisory Board on risk, control, strategy and regulatory matters.

Her career spans senior leadership roles at Triodos Bank, Triodos Investment Management, EY, ING Group and the Auditor General of Namibia, combining deep technical expertise in audit, finance, impact investing and stakeholder engagement. She has led multidisciplinary teams, managed institutional relationships and worked across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Alongside her executive career, Ms Alders-Sheya holds several non-executive board roles, with a focus on governance, audit committee oversight, ethics, sustainable finance, diversity and long-term value creation. She is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, recognised for combining technical rigour with strategic judgement. She demonstrates inclusive leadership and a strong commitment to using finance as a force for social, environmental and economic progress. Ms Alders-Sheya is married to George and has two sons aged 23 and 21.
