Anna Minj is the Director of Programmes at BRAC International. She leads global strategy and implementation for community empowerment, integrated development, and gender justice. Anna also serves on the international boards of the Stromme Foundation and the National Coalition of Indigenous People in Bangladesh, where she champions gender equality and indigenous rights.

In her role, Anna oversees the design and scaling of holistic, gender-responsive programmes across BRAC International countries. Anna brings over two decades of experience in the development sector, having previously worked with CARE Bangladesh, UK-based charities, and Caritas Bangladesh, where she focused on women’s development programming. Anna joined BRAC in 2009. She holds an MSc in Zoology and a postgraduate diploma in project planning and management from the University of Manchester.
